# Create new flow

Create new Flow to send SMS or Whatsapp

## A. Create SMS Flow

### Step 2: Select area to send SMS

### Step 3: Set up content

You can [set up trigger, delay & SMS content](/smsgem-document/main-features/abandoned-cart.md#step-2-edit-your-campaign) as in your SMS Flow.

## B. Create Whatsapp Flow

With Whatsapp Flow, you don't need to select area. Whatsapp is available in all countries & regions.
